Referrer Fees

You acknowledge and accept that UC Services can and does provide referral fees to businesses and persons (such as Real Estate Agents, Alliances and other professionals) who refer work to us. REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES

Because of the nature of our Trust Deed, we are most unlikely to allow any refunds, returns, or exchanges. However, we may do so, at our absolute discretion, in exceptional circumstances.
